Important Dates 2007-2008

September 6th : All IB 1 (grade 11) students hand in their 1st submission of their CAS Booklets.
September 10th: All IB 2 (grade 12) students hand in their EE Draft to Mr. Bélanger.
September 13th: New parent to CB information night.
September 14th : All IB2 (grade 12) students hand in their C.A.S. booklets.
September 25th: Information session for parents of IB1 students.
September 26th: Information session for parents of IB2 students.
September 28th: IB fees for grades 10, 11 and 12 students (through English class)
September 28th: Meet the teacher night
October 1st : Second full draft of IB2 Extended Essay to Supervisor.
October (mid): Process begins for Examination registration for May 2007 IB exams.
November 5th : Draft #3 of IB 2 Extended Essay to extended essay supervisor.
November 17th: Report Cards
November 22nd: Parent-Teacher Interviews
November (late): Three groups of IB1 students will attend Carleton U. Library for the day in order to develop a strong understanding and a working knowledge of an academic library.
December 3rd : Penultimate Draft of the Extended Essay to Mr. Bélanger.
November 28th: IB application Open House
November 29th to December 13th : Application process for the September 2006 IB year.
December 4th : All IB1 and IB2 students will hand in their fall submissions for CAS booklets
December 17th: Final copy of EE to Mr. Bélanger
January 9th and 12th : Canadian Achievement test for grade 8 and 9 applicants.
April 8th : All IB 2 students will hand in their final CAS booklet submissions.
Early April: IB 1 students will begin the process of their Extended Essays.
May 5th to 23rd : May 2007 Examination session.
May 15th : All IB 1 students will hand in their final IB 1 CAS Booklets.
June 30th: Incoming IB1 students will begin the CAS process.
